Hardee & Hardee Names Massey As New Partner

The law firm of Hardee & Hardee, LLP is pleased to announce that Moulton Braxton “Brack” Massey IV became a partner at the firm effective January 1, 2017.

Brack joined the firm as an associate in September 2010. His areas of practice are personal injury and workers’ compensation law. Since joining the firm, Brack has served as President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Pitt County Bar Association and 3A Judicial District Bar.

An alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Brack earned his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro. While at Elon University, he was a member of the Public Interest Law Society and the Student Bar Association.

A native of Greenville, Brack is married and has two daughters. He graduated from J.H. Rose High School and is a member of Covenant United Methodist Church.
